Our first team have been in excellent form and they they continued their good form with a deserved victory over llay welfare.

The lads started the game well and were rewarded when leading scorer Oli Davies chipped the ball over the keeper. The hosts come into the game and despite no chances found an equaliser from a free kick. Cefn were certainly not playing at their best but edged thier way back in front when the ball fell to the impressive new signing Dan Cox who in a congested penalty, made no mistake 1-2 HT.

The Albion certainly had one or two more gears to hit and second half they controlled large parts. The game was to be decided when the Albion were awarded a certain penalty and Oli davies made sure from the spot. With Oli doing what he does best, Dan Cox wasn't going to let him grab all the headlines and he added his second of the game in fine style to put the Albion out of sight. A well deserved three points which keeps up the winning streak in all competitions and keeps us moving in the right direction. Confidence is building!
