Our Captain Paul Griffiths got the scoring underway with a good header from a set piece. New signing Conner Kendrick wasted no time opening his Albion account with a goal on the half hour mark. 0-2 HT.
Despite a host of changes at half time Cefn remained in full control and it was our other new signing Jimmy Jones who scored the goal of the game to make it 3-0. Goal machine Alex Williams scored two headers and Danny Holland got sixth. Gresford got a consolation at 5-0.
The both managers will be happy with tonight and will take some good points away. However, still plenty to work on and we will look forward to Rhos on Tue to keep working on things.
