Tom ‘Tag’ Evans and his young reserve team collect their first three points of the season with an excellent performance away at Llay Welfare.
A fantastic result for our very young side up at the miners institute tonight, first half goals from Mario Duarte and debutant Andrew Jones ensured ALBION went into the break in a commanding position which could and should of been a lot more comfortable had it not been for a couple of fine saves from the Wellmens keeper.
Into the second half and Albion were well on top again with a few great chances going begging before a piece of magic from Ollie Roberts put the result beyond doubt. Unfortunately the clean sheet bonus was wiped out late on but Albion put the final gloss to the score line through the very impressive Callum mannion. Great result boys and for the gaffer and Vaughny, top work.
